16 Builders Announced for 2016 Parade of Homes

Sixteen of the area’s top builders have announced they will build homes in the 2016 BIA Parade of Homes, to be held at Verona Village in Powell. The community is being developed by Romanelli & Hughes, on the site of the former Shamrock Golf Club.

The Parade in Verona Village is planned to take place mid-summer.

Verona Village is in the top-rated Olentangy Local School District, and when complete, will feature 166 homes on a gently rolling terrain. One of the community’s most appealing features will be the approximately five acres of scenic green space at its center.

The development is located on SR 750, less than a mile from the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.
